Welcome! This is a new, New Age newsletter, thoughtfully designed with specific intention, focus, and goals. The purpose of Visionary Viewpoints is to provide a forum to share Aquarian ideals, visionary dialogue, Ageless Wisdom and common-sense magic for all. 

In ancient Roman cities a forum was an actual physical center of a community – a marketplace or public square where people could meet to exchange information and discuss relevant issues of the day. It was the Internet and Facebook of its age. Now we have a plethora of forums, virtual and in person, to connect with people on every topic imaginable. Forum can also mean “a court of law or tribunal,” but that does not apply to this format. Visionary Viewpoints is meant to be a meeting place for non-judgmental, robust discussion of matters of spiritual and humanitarian public interest. 

What is the Aquarian Age? It is an astrological age based on the position of the March equinox in the movement of planets around the galaxy. Equinox is when day and night are exactly the same length. Astrologers do not agree on the exact time frame of the Aquarian Age. Opinions vary depending on methods of calculation, but all are based on the Earth’s slow, cyclical rotation around the galaxy. Each age lasts about 2000 years – the time it takes the vernal, or Spring, equinox to move from one sign of the Zodiac to the next. 

What are the Aquarian ideals? According to Traditional Wisdom, the Hierarchical Values of the Aquarian Age are:

• Freedom of Choice
• Inclusiveness
• Orderly Progression
• Fairness
• The Right to an Education
• The Right to Worship
• Constructive Boundaries 

Ageless Wisdom is an “ancient body of spiritual teachings underlying all scientific, social and cultural achievements and world religions.” It is knowledge “regarding the nature of the cosmos, its laws of operation and humanity’s evolutionary role within it.” It’s a body of living wisdom “usually applied with a sense of empathy, ethics and enlightenment.” It was released to the public in the late 1800’s by HP Blavatsky, later by Alice Bailey, and published in book form by Benjamin Creme in 1995. Before that it was revealed only selectively by the Masters of Wisdom to trustworthy individuals who were serious students of metaphysics and the occult. 

Now, as agents of the Ageless Wisdom, with Aquarian vision, we are spiritual pioneers – united in pursuit of peaceful progress in humanity’s newest evolutionary frontier.
